قرن من الزمان مرّ على تاريخ بني هاشم السياسي الحديث-حتى اليوم-وما يزال يكتنفه الكثير من الغموض والغبن والتشويه. لا نحسب أن أحداً يتنكر لهذه الحقيقة. في عام 1908م أمَّرَ الأتراك العثمانيون الشريف حسين بن علي أميراً على مكة المكرمة. وبعد ثمانية أعوام فقط 1916م أعلن الشريف حسين ثورته العربية الكبرى عليهم، ليكون-فيما بعد-ملكاً على العرب، وليتوزع أنجاله الثلاثة (علي، عبد الله، فيصل الأول) ملوكاً على الحجاز والأردن والشام، ومن ثم العراق. انتهى حكمهم في ثلاث دول، وما زالوا يحكمون رابعة (الأردن)، وهم يأملون استعادة عرش دولة أخرى (العراق).
غير أن أفظع نهاياتهم وأبشعها، تلك التي كانت ببغداد في 14 تموز 1958م حيث لم ينجُ من “مذبحة قصر الرحاب” غير أميرة من العائلة المالكة، هي الأميرة بديعة ابنة الملك علي، حفيدة الشريف حسين بن علي في (82) الثانية والثمانين من عمرها الآن، تعيش بلندن. تحمل على أكتافها ذكريات وهموم وأحزان جدّها وأبيها وأعمامها الملوك (الحسين علي، عبد الله، فيصل الأول، الأمير زيد) وأبنائهم وأحفادهم الملوك (غازي وفيصل الثاني، طلال وحسين) وغيرهم من الأمراء والأميرات. ترويها للتاريخ، وتروي معها سيرة أخيها الأمير عبد الإله، وأمها الملك نفيسة، وأخواتها، الملكة عالية. الأميرتين عبدية وجليلة.

لقد لخصت ديمي لوفاتو الدروس التي تعلمتها خلال رحلتها في الحياة في هذا الكتاب وهي مجموعة مكونة من 365 يوما من أكثر أفكارها صراحة وشجاعة وتفاؤلا انها كلماتها الخاصة بالاضافة لمقتبسات ألهمتها وأيضا تأملات وأهداف خاصة بها هذا الكتاب يخاطب كل شخص في كل مكان في رحلته الخاصة لكل من يحتاج للراحة والالهام والدافع ليبقى قويا كل يوم.

يحتل درس “تأويل الذات” الذي قدمه ميشيل فوكو سنة 1982 منزلة خاصة ضمن دروسه في الكوليج دوفرانس، وكذلك ضمن أعماله الفلسفية التي نشرها وهو على قيد الحياة.
وهذا الكتاب يضم دروس ميشيل فوكو في الكوليج دوفرانس في (1981- 1982). لقد كان درس سنة 1981 متعلَق بالذات الحقيقة، وكان موضوعه نظام المتع في المرحلة اليونانية والرومانية، ولقد ظهر هذا الدرس في الجزء الثالث من تاريخ الجنسانية بعنوان “الإهتمام بالذات”، أما في درس “تأويل الذات” اعتمد الفيلسوف على المرحلة التاريخية نفسها أي اليونانية والرومانية ولكنه اهتم بموضوع جديد سنقرأ انعكاساته الخطيرة على مجمل فلسفته وتعني بذلك: الإهتمام بالنفس/ الذات، وبالممارسات المتعلقة بهذا الإهتمام أو ما يسميه فيلسوفنا بثقافة النفس.
ينطلق فوكو في درسه من قراءته لنص مجاورة ألقيبيا دسي لأفلاطون ولحكمتي: “اعرف نفسك” و”اهتم بنفسك”. في محاولة لتحليل التحولات التي عرفتها حكمة الإهتمام بالنفس، أو بتعبير ىخر تابع مسار الإهتمام بالنفس عند الرواقيين والابيقوريين والكلبيين في المرحلتين اليونانية والرومانية.
من هذا المنطلق دأب فوكر في دروسه إلى تحليل مختلف التقنيات والإجراءات التي أدت إلى تشكل النفس/ الذات في مرحلة تاريخية معينة وضمن علاقات اجتماعية محددة.
يعتبر فوكو “أن الإهتمام بالنفس ليس استعداداً بسيطاً ومؤقتاً في الحياة، إنه شكل من أشكال الحياة، لقد أدرك ألقيبادس أن عليه أن يهتم بنفسه إذا كان يريد لاحقاً أن يهتم بالآخرين. أما الآن فأصبح الأمر يتعلق بالإهتمام بالنفس من أجل ذات النفس، علينا أن نكون من أجل أنفسنا، وطوال وجودنا، وأن نجعل ذاتنا موضوعنا الخاص (…)”.
