هذا الكتاب متنوع، كما كانت الجلسة، وهو عبارة عن إضاءات سريعة على مواضيع مختلفة في الإدارة والقيادة والحياة الشخصية، وفي نظرتنا للنجاح ورؤيتنا لأسبابه، وغير ذلك مما طرح خلال تلك الجلسة. لست عالما ولا أدعي الحكمة، بل هي كلمات قصيرة، ورسائل سريعة، وضعت فيها بعض التجارب، وحرصت فيها على سرد الأفكار والخواطر في شكل مبسط وسريع، وما نريد بذلك إلا خدمة أوطاننا ونفع إخواننا وأبنائنا.
