ففي آراء أبي العلا كما في فنه وشعره ونثره، دررٌ ثمينة ذات وزن كبير وقيمة لا تُقدّر، بل ولها أكبر مساس بالمشاكل الإنسانية الكبرى التي تصطرع على ساحة الحياة الإجتماعية في كُلِّ مكان وزمان، ولذلك كان الأولى أن تعطى هذه المشاكل كلّ عناية وتدرَّس بشكل يُقرّ بمفهوماتها من ثقافة الجمهور العربي ويمكّنه من الإستفادة منها… وهذا أثمن وأجدر.
