كتاب يتطرق بشكل عام للأمور اليومية الحياتية التي قد يتعرض لها الإنسان في رحلة حياته.  يعرج على مجموعة من المواضيع التي لا غنى لأي إنسان عن الوعي بها؛ منها الوعي بالنفس والجسد والعلاقات.  

هي مجموعة أفكار لدى الكاتبة تعرضها للقارئ؛ ليتفكر في حياته ويتحمل مسئوليتها، بدل إلقاء اللوم على الآخرين أو الأنظمة.  بقليل من تحمل المسئولية، وشحذ الهمة الداخلية، تسكن الروح في الجسد، ويندمج الفرد مع أسرته ومجتمعه، متحملاً مسئولية حياته، ناشراً للحب والعطاء.

تعرض الكاتبة أيضاً مفاهيم مختلفة عن الحياة لنراها بطريقة مختلفة.  بطريقةٍ تجعل من الحياة متعة بدل أن تكون همّاً نتحمل مسئوليتها بغير وعي.  فالعمل من قلبٍ محب للنفس والحياة يصقل الحياة، وتزيد ذبذبات السعادة، ويتوازن المرء مع أحداث حياته الإيجابية والسلبية.  هي ليست منهجاً، إنما نظرةٌ بعين أُخرى ربما تضيف للقارئ زاوية معتمة لم يفكر بها، أو لعلها تقول له هناك من يشاركه نفس الفكر والمنطق.  وليس هناك صوابٌ أو خطأ، إنما هي خيارات متعددة
